TROUBLESHOOTING PLAYBACK ISSUES
If you are experiencing any playback issues, please try the following steps.

*UPDATE YOUR BROWSER

If you are running an older version of Internet Explorer, we strongly recommend that you update to the latest version to make sure that you have the latest that Microsoft has to offer, and for your own security and performance.

*UPDATE YOUR FLASH PLUGIN

STEP 1 > Uninstall Flash / restart computer / reinstall Flash

a) Download (and run) the Uninstaller: 
- http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

b) Then, restart your computer and install the update:
- http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

STEP 2 (if required) > Check your Flash Plugin Storage Settings

Go to the Global Storage Settings panel and "Allow third-party Flash content to store data on your computer."
